  • We sell outdoor furniture: lounge chairs, sunshades, and small tables.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and material variations. These variations are not defects.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

General Outdoor Furniture Safety:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Adhere to weight limits.

  • Secure umbrellas with appropriate weighted base to prevent tipping.

  • Close umbrellas during high winds.

  • Store cushions and umbrellas during severe weather.

Sunshade Safety:

  • Ensure umbrella base is properly weighted for size.

  • Do not leave umbrellas open unattended in windy conditions.

  • Keep away from overhead power lines.

3. Weather & Environmental Exposure

  • Outdoor products are designed for normal weather conditions but are not indestructible.

  • Extreme weather (high winds, heavy snow, hail) may cause damage not covered under warranty.

  • You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions during severe weather (covering, storing).

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, wind damage, water damage, fading from lack of maintenance).

Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
